Terms of service.

Studio Brio aims to share information that we believe will be very helpful for you and your life. We are not counsellors or medical professionals.

We are offering advice that you may or may not choose to adopt in your life.

Studio Brio will not be held liable for any harm, expenses or losses that you may experience either while participating in our services or after completing any of our sessions, packages or workshops.

Individual session packages:

Deposits:

Studio Brio requires that a deposit is paid at the time of booking your package. We do not offer refunds for deposits paid for session packages booked and not attended. If you cannot attend the sessions you have booked, we offer the opportunity to reschedule to a future session(s).

We always offer the opportunity to discuss what you are signing up for before you pay your deposit. Once your deposit is paid, you are showing your commitment to being invested in seeing the sessions through to completion.

The balance of the package is due before you attend Session 2.

If you cancel more than ten days prior to your first session, we can transfer your fees to a different date or refund you, minus your deposit.

If you cancel within ten days prior to your first session, we can transfer your payment to a different set of dates or refund you, minus your deposit, so long as we are able to find someone to replace you. The closer to the date that you cancel, the less likely it is that we will be able to replace you and you may end up forfeiting your fee.
If you cancel partway through your sessions, we will not be able to replace you, so cannot refund you, though we would offer you a 50% discount to attend the programme at a later date.

If the session has to be cancelled by Studio Brio, you will be contacted and a new date for the session(s) will be arranged. In the unlikely event that agreement cannot be reached on a new date(s), you will be refunded for the amount of the sessions not yet attended (balance divided by number of sessions left)

Workshops:

Full payment required at time of booking.

Your payment is a symbol of your commitment to attend the workshop. It is not refundable if you change your mind about attending. We always offer the opportunity for you to attend a phone/video chat to allow the opportunity for you to ask any questions before you commit to attending.

If you cancel more than ten days prior to the workshop date, we can transfer your payment to a different workshop date or refund you.

If you cancel within ten days prior to the workshop date, we can transfer your payment to a different workshop date or refund you as long as we are able to find someone to replace you. The closer you cancel to the workshop date, the less likely it is that we will be able to replace your space and you may end up forfeiting your workshop fee.

Cancellations by us - If the workshop has to be cancelled by Studio Brio, you will be offered the opportunity to book for the next one(s). In the event that you cannot attend the dates offered, you will be offered a full refund.
